18 m² of terrace with direct access to a small creek with transparent waters.
Entirely built in waxed concrete, it features a master bedroom (bed 180x200cm), a sitting area (2 sofa beds 80x190cm) and a dressing room.
A magnificent glass roof separates the bedroom from the bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, an old-fashioned bathtub and two basins.
